Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing. This role guides direct care teams and supports the DON to ensure high-quality resident care.
As ADON, you will set care standards, develop care plans, oversee staff development, and participate in surveys and regulatory reviews. We value compassionate leadership and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic skilled‑nursing environment.
