Job description
Piedmont Crossing in Thomasville, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. This role involves clinical operations oversight, coaching staff, and serving as a back-up to the Director of Nursing.
