Job description
Lenoir Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lenoir, North Carolina seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team, partner with the Director of Nursing, and advance clinical policies to deliver high-quality care for patients and residents.
This role requires RN licensure in NC, a Bachelor's in Nursing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to guide staff in a fast-paced environment while upholding Care Beyond Compare and LifeWorks Rehab program standards.
