Job description
Erickson Senior Living Highland Springs in Texas is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership across Skilled, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods. You will mentor a team, align care with Person-Centered principles, and ensure staffing matches resident acuity.
