Job description
The Grand at Guilderland in Guilderland, NY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing in guiding the nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care and maintain regulatory compliance.
You will help develop care plans, oversee documentation, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure a high-quality, compassionate care environment for all residents.
