Are you an experienced Critical Care Nurse Leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Nurse Manager – ICU to lead a high-performing clinical team and drive exceptional patient care in New York City (10029) .

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor ICU nursing staff while fostering a collaborative care environment
Drive patient experience initiatives and relationship-centered care practices
Champion quality & safety programs and clinical best practices
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Lead daily patient rounding and support staff engagement
Qualifications
5+ years of Critical Care (ICU) experience
2–3 years of leadership experience in an ICU setting
Strong background in patient-centered care, quality improvement, and team leadership
