Hiring: RN-Intake Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY
The Intake Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse who takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services. To maintain open lines of communication with referral sources and within departments.
Requirements:
Current NYS RN License
Allscripts a MUST
CHHA experience a MUST
Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home base a MUST
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized, possess a strong attention to detail
