Job description
This leadership role supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in managing all nursing and patient care services within a hospital setting.
Key responsibilities
include assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices at the unit level, with 24/7 accountability for designated areas. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintains clinical staff competency, and manages resources effectively. Qualifications
