Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Nursing Manager to lead clinical operations in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered services for individuals recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and workflows; monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; and partner with physicians and therapy teams. You will foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture through coaching, feedback, and staff development, supporting clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
