Job description
Valhalla Post Acute in Louisville, KY seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in guiding licensed and non-licensed staff providing 24/7 resident care. The ADON will assist in planning, developing, and supervising nursing services, policies, and procedures; recruit, hire, and train staff; conduct staff evaluations; and act as back-up for DON when needed.
