Job description
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of patient care in a geriatric setting.
The role requires an NC RN license, 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in skilled nursing), and willingness to be on-call. The incumbent will supervise staff, coordinate with physicians, and ensure compliance with procedures and QA programs.
