Job description
Maplewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Amesbury, MA seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON in managing daily nursing operations, staffing, and care delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
The ADON will lead staff development, oversee performance and training, coordinate care plans, participate in QAPI and infection control initiatives, and, in the DON's absence, serve as acting director.
