Job description
Alpine Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will develop policies, oversee staff performance, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to maintain compliance and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include rounds, staff scheduling, CNA program oversight, recruitment, infection control, safety training, and QA participation. Strong leadership and NYS RN license required.
