Job description
Humphreys County Nursing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing and supervise nursing staff, ensuring resident-centered quality care and adherence to state and federal regulations.
The ADON will conduct chart reviews, lead daily rounds, assist with medication administration, and ensure care plans and LTC documentation are accurate. A 72-84 hour biweekly schedule is typical, with opportunities to contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
