Job description
Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Operations Manager for the Reunion Villages Freestanding Emergency Department. You will provide leadership and operational oversight for an inpatient direct care unit, driving patient flow, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, recruiting, developing a nursing delivery model, implementing new technologies, and partnering with hospital leadership to meet financial and clinical goals.
