Job description
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Waxahachie is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead Day Surgery, PACU, and Pre-Admission Testing (PAT). This role oversees a team of approximately 37 staff across 37 rooms and ensures safe, high‑quality perioperative care.
The Supervisor supports daily operations, staff development, patient throughput, and quality outcomes. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and requires collaboration with nursing
