In this role, you will lead evidence-based practice initiatives, standardize clinical protocols, and support frontline nurses through education, coaching, and competency development. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, use data to guide practice improvement, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment focused on innovation and community health.
