Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to advance clinical excellence and lifelong learning for nursing staff. In this onsite role, you will design and deliver orientation, competency-based education, and ongoing professional development programs across units. You will collaborate with nurse leaders and multidisciplinary teams to assess learning needs, integrate evidence-based practice, and support quality and safety initiatives. The role includes coaching preceptors, supporting certifications, and fostering a culture of patient-centered, compassionate care.
