Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center seeks a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to advance clinical excellence through education, mentoring, and evidence-based practice. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver engaging orientation and ongoing education, and support competency development for nurses and interprofessional staff. You will serve as a clinical resource, promote best practices, and lead quality and safety initiatives. Collaborating with leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will foster a culture of continuous learning that enhances patient outcomes and supports our diverse community.
