Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to advance clinical competence and lifelong learning for nursing staff in our acute-care community hospital. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, support onboarding and orientation, and mentor nurses at all levels. You will collaborate with leaders and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality, safety, and patient-centered outcomes, using data to evaluate programs and promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
