nSummary:
nProvides education and professional development to support the clinical competence and growth of nursing and clinical Team Members.
nRole will be covering Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, and NICU. Assessing learning needs, develops and leads evidence‑based educational programs, supports new hire orientation, and promotes clinical excellence in alignment with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice.
nYour Role Within the Team:
nnnDevelops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programs
n
nnConducts needs assessments and applies evidence‑based educational strategies
n
nnSupports orientation and ongoing development of clinical Team Members
n
nnServes as a clinical and educational resource to direct care staff
n
nnParticipates in quality improvement initiatives and change management
n
nnPerforms appropriate RN functions and other duties as assigned
n
n nQualifications Required
nnnBSN with 3 years of clinical experienceOR
n
nnBachelor's degree in a healthcare‑related field with 4 years of nursing education experience
n
nnAt least 3 years of experience in Women's Services (L&D, Mother/Baby, and/or NICU
n
n nPreferred
nnnProfessional organization certification
n
nnANPD certification
n
nnNICU experience is preferred
n
n nLocation: Plant City, South Florida Baptist Hospital
nStatus: Part Time, Exempt: Yes
nShift Hours: Varies
nShift: Shift 4
nShift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
nWeekend Work: Occasional
