Job description
The Program Chair at Jersey College, under the Dean of Nursing, oversees the nursing curriculum, ensuring alignment with NCLEX outcomes and clinical proficiency across programs.
You will direct didactic and clinical faculty, manage workloads and schedules, drive faculty development, and champion accreditation and regulatory standards.
This leadership role shapes program outcomes by collaborating with external stakeholders and leading continuous improvement initiatives to advance nursing education.
