Job description
Pacific College in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an ADON to provide leadership for the Prelicensure Registered Nursing program. You will partner with the DON and faculty to plan, implement, and evaluate curricula, ensure BRN compliance, and promote student success.
You will recruit and supervise faculty, lead curriculum development using an LMS, manage staff performance, coordinate clinical placements, and contribute to policy decisions that align with the college's mission and core values.
