Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking a Nursing Graduate to work under direct RN supervision in the clinical setting, assisting with patient care and documentation. The role supports orientation to RN assignments and may participate in medication administration under the direction of a licensed RN.
Responsibilities include data collection, vital signs, planning and discussing care with the RN, and contributing to an interdisciplinary plan of care while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
