Water’s Edge Rehab & Nursing Center in Port Jefferson, NY is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Risk Management & Education to join our clinical leadership team.
The ADON will focus on resident safety, staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. This is a full-time, in-person role with responsibility for coordinating education and competency programs for nursing staff.
