Job description
Cantex is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to help direct and supervise daily nursing operations. You will ensure high-quality, compliant care for residents, coordinate treatments and medications, and mentor nursing staff.
Under the Director of Nursing Services, you will participate in policy enforcement, staff development, and periodic evaluations to maintain outstanding resident safety and care standards.
