Job description
Alliance Health at Rosewood seeks a Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team in a committed skilled nursing facility setting. You will supervise Nurse Managers, ensure quality patient care, and drive regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include policy development, budgeting, staff development, and collaboration with the Medical Director. Requires RN with Massachusetts license and 2+ years supervisory experience in geriatric care; BSN preferred.
