Centers Health Care's New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in a 77-bed facility near New Paltz, NY. The ADON will support the DNS, oversee wound care, ensure compliance, coordinate staffing, and maintain accurate medical records while mentoring nursing staff.
