Job description
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Nursing Shift Supervisor to provide on-site leadership during off-shifts at Newark Wayne Hospital and Clifton Springs Hospital. The role focuses on patient care delivery, staffing, and problem-solving in evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The position requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and NYS RN licensure, with BLS credentials. The supervisor will mentor staff, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
