Rochester Regional Health Newark Wayne Hospital is seeking a Nursing Shift Supervisor to lead off-shift patient care, mentor staff, and ensure smooth patient flow during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. The role provides clinical leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with the care team to uphold safety, policy adherence and high-quality care across units.
