Job description
Mary Rutan Health seeks a Nursing Shift Supervisor at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, OH, to supervise nursing staff across units on a PRN basis. You will support the Department Director with data collection, quality improvement, and staff development while ensuring policy adherence and high-quality patient care.
The role requires a BSN (preferred), state licensure in Ohio, ACLS/NRP/PALS/BLS within 1 year, and at least three years of nursing experience.
