? $48-$58/hour based on experience
? $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
? Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
? On-Call Rotation
The Dawn Hill Home for Rehab & Healthcare is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and motivated RN Supervisor to join our leadership team!

What You’ll Do
As the 3-11 PM RN Supervisor , you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during the evening shift while supporting our nursing team and ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications
Current Rhode Island RN license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of medication administration, nursing procedures, and resident care standards.
Knowledge of federal and Rhode Island regulations related to long-term care, resident care, and resident rights.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively coach, support, and lead a nursing team.
