Job description
Valley Health System in Virginia is seeking an experienced RN to oversee patient care delivery when Nursing Directors are not in hospital. This role includes rounds on units, collaborating with staff to solve clinical and staffing issues, documenting practice variations, and coaching teams to improve outcomes.
The RN serves as a patient advocate and communicates with AOC, Nursing Leadership, and ancillary departments to resolve issues, following the chain of command.
