Job description
Valley Health in Virginia seeks an experienced RN to oversee patient care delivery when Nursing Directors are not on site. You will make rounds, collaborate with staff to address clinical and staffing issues, and coach teams to improve outcomes, aligning with HR policies and quality standards.
You will communicate with Nursing leadership, serve as a patient advocate, and work with support departments to resolve issues, following the chain of command to AOC and Ancillary Departments.
