Nursing Supervisor Opportunity:
Schedule: Nights, 3x12
The Nursing Supervisor will develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
Lead daily unit operations by creating shift assignments, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care
Nursing Supervisor Qualifications:
Current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within one year), Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred.
Minimum two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, including prior leadership responsibilities such as charge nurse or team lead with accountability for patient and staff outcomes
