3pm-11pm Nursing Supervisor
Job Summary:
Plaza Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated 3-11 Shift Supervisor to join our team in Elizabeth, New Jersey . As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and overseeing the daily operations of the unit. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient use of resources
Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Coordinate patient care activities, including assigning tasks and monitoring patient progress
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
1 year of experience in healthcare leadership or supervision
