Position Summary:
Supervises nursing staff, assessespatientsneeds and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staffmembers, andparticipates in guidance and educational programs.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American RedCross.Online certification is not acceptable.
CRRN or written plan to obtain whenqualified
Desired Qualifications:
Inpatient rehabilitation experience
Previoussupervisory experience
Knowledge,Skillsand Ability Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict timeframes
