Job description
PAM Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee patient care across nursing units, ensure adequate staffing, and monitor staff performance. You will provide feedback on performance and enforce hospital policy.
Qualifications include RN licensure in the state, BLS and ACLS, with BSN preferred; 2 years med-surg or rehab/management experience is valued. This on-site role supports our mission and patient care excellence.
