Job description
PAM Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to supervise and coordinate patient care across nursing units. You will oversee staffing, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality care.
The role requires RN licensure in the state, with BSN preferred, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Duties also include ensuring adherence to hospital policy and handling nursing administration in the absence of the CNO.
