Tufts Medical Center seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead a team of nurses in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care within our renowned academic medical center in Boston. In this role, you will oversee daily unit operations, staffing, and clinical workflows while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
