Job description

Rochester Regional Health Gouverneur Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead night shift operations, coordinate patient care, and ensure safe staffing. This role oversees staff, mentors the team, and collaborates with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership to uphold high standards of care.

QUALIFICATIONS include NYS RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS within set timeframes; acute care experience is required. A Bachelor's degree and EPIC experience are preferred for advancement.
