Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor-RN to provide weekend leadership for our nursing team. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure adherence to clinical, quality, and safety standards. You will manage staffing and patient assignments, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. As a key resource on weekends, you will mentor nurses, address patient and family concerns, and help foster Mercy’s culture of compassion, diversity, and professional growth.
