Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of RNs delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing and workflow, ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols, and support regulatory and quality standards.
