Job description
Tenet Healthcare’s Mission Trail Baptist Hospital is seeking a results-driven nursing leader to supervise clinical staff, coordinate patient flow, and drive excellence in patient outcomes. You will act as a unit resource, guide staffing for the next shift, and support staff performance reviews, with a potential sign-on bonus.
The role requires active Texas RN licensure, BLS, and department-specific certifications; 1-year minimum in a relevant unit, with 4 years preferred.
