Job description
KabaFusion in Albany, NY is seeking a Nursing Team Leader to coordinate initial nursing care for infusion patients and oversee the ongoing nurse/patient relationship. You will work with intake, clinical pharmacists, sales, and admin to ensure seamless care and documentation.
The ideal candidate is a BSN-preferred, RN in good standing with at least three years in home health, able to build partnerships with home health agencies and referral sources, and comfortable leading a diverse team.
