Join us on our journey to reinvent rehabilitation for life beyond limits.Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a Nursing Tech to join our night shift team (7pm-7am). The Nursing Tech is a key member of our care team working alongside nurses, doctors, therapists, and medical psychologists to provide direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care as directed by a licensed practitioner.CompensationPay Range: $17.00 - $26.00 per hourNight or weekend shifts are eligible for shift differential pay. Differential rates vary by shift hours and are added to the base hourly rate.This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market-competitive compensation.Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.Qualifications and SkillsPreferredExperience in acute care or inpatient rehab experience as a nursing assistant or aideEducation/CertificationsRequiredCompletion of a state recognized CNA programNurse Aide licensure in the Commonwealth of VABLS HCP certification or equivalentQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.
