Job description
Vanderbilt Health’s Clinical Staff Leader is a direct supervisory nursing role within the Nursing leadership team. This role leads a cohort of staff, drives clinical practice, and ensures quality patient care with a focus on staff development, scheduling and outcomes.
Reporting to the Nursing Manager, the CSL coaches staff, manages projects, and coordinates education to uphold Vanderbilt's standards and strategic goals.
