Job description
Cape Fear Valley Health in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Nursing Director to lead 1 North Observation and related units. You will supervise clinical operations, develop policies, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance to improve patient care and staff engagement.
Responsibilities include interdisciplinary collaboration, performance improvement participation, staff development, and optimizing patient throughput and safety across the unit. A BSN is required; MSN preferred.
