Job description
The Team Leader at DCH Health System acts as the unit-based clinical supervisor, directing staff, managing patient flow, safety, and quality of care. She/He coordinates in-services, continuing education, mentoring and PI activities, and must be available for weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
Responsibilities include staffing supervision, ongoing evaluation of nursing care, adherence to policies, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
