A leading healthcare system in New York is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit. This role includes the clinical and operational management of nursing units, supporting staff training, ensuring compliance with standards, and overseeing patient care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of inpatient Medical/Surgical nursing experience, excellent communication skills, and the potential for a BSN/MSN degree. The position offers a competitive salary of $140,000 per year.
